Rehome / Recue
The RCSA are fully committed in ensuring that the overall health and well-being of the Rottweiler is paramount. The RCSA, whilst not a re-home or rescue service, supports the great work carried out the other rescue organisations and will provide assistance wherever possible to facilitate the rehoming or rescuing of a Rottweiler in need.
In 2012 The Rottweiler Club of SA has been involved with the re-homing of 3 lovely dogs who have now found loving fur-ever homes.
TOBY
Toby came up for re-homing after his male owner passed away and the female owner could not give him the care & attention this young boy needed. He is now with a loving family and enjoys the spoils of his new life!
SASHA
Sasha had a rough start to her first 5 years of life and was rescued from an abusive owner by Michael. Michael gave her the love, attention and rehabilitation she so desperately needed, but unfortunately recently due to a change in Michaels work commitments he found himself no longer able to give Sasha the time she needed.
After a post we posted on the club Facebook page, Sasha found herself in a loving home with Tess and her 2 young Children and is enjoying all that life has to offer. Sasha is getting totally spoilt (deservedly) as you can see in her picture!!
BOY/MEATHEAD – now know as BOSS
Boss came up for re-homing after his owner who works away a lot and his elderly carer Don (The Neighbour) could no longer give him the attention this boy deserved. After yet another post on our Facebook page (with a huge amount of interest) Boss has now found himself living with a family on a large property where he goes on daily walks checking things out and making sure everything is alright. Boss is also enjoying life with his new fur-sister.
